Building a new kind of coaching company

Gill is taking the lead in building a new mutually owned coaching company targeting the needs of medium to large multi site companies across the UK, delivering very high quality executive and business coaching at senior levels. The coaching co-operative will be launched later in 2010 and its development is being supported by the co-operative movement.

Working with coaching associates

Gill has a network of coaching colleagues across the country with whom she works from time to time. She can put together a panel of well qualified and high quality people should your needs to be greater than she herself can deliver.

Delivering integrated leadership programmes

Gill has worked extensively with Nic Fallan of Forty2 to deliver integrated leadership development programmes, where Nic delivers the training element to meet the collective training need of the participants and Gill delivers coaching in parallel to support their individual development needs. The impact has always been greater than the sum of its parts.

Developing approaches to sustainable leadership practice

Gill is one of the founder members of a team of over 15 experienced specialists and practitioners working at the leading edge of sustainable leadership and organisation practice. Edge Equilibrium works with the leaders of organisations to help them achieve sustainable success by providing innovative, yet practical, consulting solutions based on research undertaken by Tim Casserley in developing responsible leadership, determining leadership quality, and fostering new ways of working that deliver sustainable performance.

Supporting Warwick Business School postgraduates and alumni

Warwick Business School provides a comprehensive Professional and Career Development programme for its post-graduates and alumni and Gill is proud to be part of the delivery team. She also works with the Executive Programmes team supporting delivery in major blue chip organisations, and until recently chaired the WBS Alumni Board.

Creative approaches to mass engagement

Working as part of a larger creative team, Gill helps to create and deliver innovative experiences as part of change initiatives in large organisations. Building stronger customer service is a focus here.
